Virginia White Salsa

1 c miracle whip

½ c milk

½ tbsp minced garlic

2 tsp cumin

1 ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1 ½ tsp dried oregano

2 tbsp Sour cream

Mix together- it get hotter/spicy as it sets

Eat with salsa and chips
