Yummy choc cake
Moist choc cake mix, mixed up adding ½ pouch of powdered pudding
Follow directions on box
After baked let cool then freeze
When frozen- poke holes on top of the one u will use as the bottom layer and pour ¼ c melted choc frosting on top
Spread reg unmelted choc frosting on top
Place 2nd layer on top and cover entire cake with frosting
*Freeze till ready to eat
Banana Bread (haven't tried it yet but it looks good)
Ingredients:
5 tbsp Butter
½ c sugar
½ c firmly packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ c mashed very ripe bananas
1 ¾ c flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking powder
½ cup heavy cream
1/3 c chopped nuts
1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray bottom only of 9x5x3 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray
2. Beat butter with electric mixer n medium till light and fluffy-Add sugar and brown sugar beat well—add egg and egg whites and vanilla beat well- add mashed banana on high for 20 seconds
3. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder in medium bowl. Add a little bit of the flour mixture to other mixture then add cream- do this pattern till all is mixed—then add walnuts and mix well
4. Pour batter evenly into prepared loaf pan. Bake 1hr and 15 mins or till browned and toothpick comes out clean
5. Cool bread in pan on wire rack 10 mins- remove bread from pan
Choc chip zucchini bread
3 eggs
2c sugar
1 c oil with 1/2 tsp of butter flavoring
3 tbsp margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp salt
2tsp cinnamon
1tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
2 c shredded zucchini
3 cups flour (sifted)
Little less than 1 bag of semi sweet choc chips
Beat eggs until foamy. Add everything else one by one and mix well.
Pour until 2/3 full into 2 well greased and floured pan.
Bake 1 hr and 10 mins at 350 degrees or until knife comes out with only choc on it and no dough when u poke the middle
